Executive Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Executive Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience within fintech, banking, digital finance, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of enterprise digital transformation.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and board-level communication skills.
