Key Responsibilities
RegTech Strategy
- Develop enterprise regulatory technology roadmaps.
- Lead compliance automation initiatives.
- Optimize digital governance platforms.
- Improve enterprise policy management.
Technology Leadership
- Implement compliance monitoring solutions.
- Build risk analytics dashboards.
- Enhance reporting automation.
- Integrate enterprise compliance systems.
Risk Management
- Conduct enterprise risk assessments.
- Strengthen operational control frameworks.
- Monitor emerging regulatory trends.
- Coordinate technology risk mitigation programs.
Business Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, legal, operations, and executive leadership.
- Deliver executive reporting and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Professional certifications in governance, compliance, or risk management are advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fintech, banking, RegTech, or enterprise compliance technology.
- Demonstrated success implementing technology-enabled governance solutions.
