Executive Vision
A globally connected financial technology organization is entering a new phase of expansion and is seeking an exceptional Chief Digital Assets & Tokenization Officer to lead the strategic development of enterprise-grade digital asset infrastructure.
This executive role is responsible for transforming traditional financial services through tokenization frameworks, programmable financial products, institutional-grade digital asset operations, and secure digital ecosystems that enhance efficiency, transparency, and accessibility.
As a trusted member of the Executive Committee, you will establish the long-term technology vision, guide investment priorities, and position the organization as a leader in next-generation financial innovation.
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise digital assets strategy.
- Lead tokenization initiatives for financial products and real-world assets.
- Build scalable digital asset operational frameworks.
- Oversee digital custody and asset lifecycle management strategies.
- Direct cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, and legal.
- Foster partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, and ecosystem participants.
- Evaluate emerging financial technologies and market opportunities.
- Present strategic initiatives to the Board and executive leadership.
- Champion innovation while strengthening operational resilience.
- Build high-performing global leadership teams.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of leadership experience within fintech, banking, capital markets, or financial technology.
- Proven record leading enterprise transformation programmes.
- Outstanding strategic, commercial, and executive communication capabilities.
