You will collaborate with executive committees, technology leaders, institutional stakeholders, financial regulators, product innovators, and enterprise architects to establish world-class fintech capabilities that support millions of financial transactions daily.
Your Executive Mandate
- Lead enterprise-wide digital payment transformation strategies.
- Develop scalable financial infrastructure supporting regional expansion.
- Direct high-value digital payment modernization initiatives.
- Establish long-term technology investment roadmaps.

Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of leadership within fintech, banking technology, or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise transformation programs.
- Outstanding commercial negotiation and stakeholder management expertise.
