Lead the Evolution of Modern Financial Markets
An internationally connected financial technology ecosystem is seeking an exceptional Chief Digital Assets & Financial Markets Officer to direct the strategic evolution of institutional-grade financial technologies supporting the next generation of digital financial services.
This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide innovation programmes, oversee sophisticated financial market platforms, expand digital financial ecosystems, and deliver transformative solutions for institutional and commercial clients across the Gulf region.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will influence corporate strategy, technology investments, digital product development, and regional market expansion while fostering innovation, operational resilience, and sustainable commercial growth.
Executive Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategy & Corporate Leadership
- Develop long-term digital finance and financial market strategies.
- Lead enterprise transformation initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
- Advise executive leadership on emerging financial technologies and investment opportunities.
- Establish strategic roadmaps for digital financial infrastructure.
- Drive regional and international business expansion.
Innovation & Technology
- Lead the modernization of financial market platforms.
- Oversee AI-enabled financial intelligence programmes.
- Guide enterprise data strategy and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Champion cloud-native financial infrastructure modernization.
- Foster continuous innovation across business units.
Commercial Development
- Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers.
- Identify new revenue streams and product opportunities.
- Expand enterprise client relationships across regional markets.
- Lead executive negotiations and commercial alliances.
Leadership & Governance
- Manage multidisciplinary executive teams.
- Strengthen enterprise governance and operational excellence.
- Present strategic reports to executive committees.
- Mentor future organizational leaders.
Executive Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15+ years of executive leadership experience within fintech, financial services, banking technology, or enterprise digital transformation.
- Proven record of delivering complex transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial, strategic, and operational leadership capabilities.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
