To spearhead this evolution, the organization is seeking a Chief Data & AI Officer – Financial Intelligence, Autonomous Decisioning & Cognitive Banking Systems.
This role defines how intelligence is embedded into every financial process—transforming raw data into predictive foresight and automated execution.
Core Responsibilities
Enterprise Data Strategy & Architecture
- Define the overarching data strategy for fintech platforms.
- Build unified data lakes and real-time data pipelines.
- Ensure seamless data integration across all financial systems.
- Establish governance frameworks for data quality and accessibility.
AI & Machine Learning Systems
- Develop advanced machine learning models for financial applications.
- Integrate predictive analytics into core financial workflows.
- Enable autonomous decision-making across operations.
- Continuously refine model performance and accuracy.
Financial Intelligence Platforms
- Design systems for real-time analytics and insights generation.
- Support risk management, fraud detection, and customer analytics.
- Enable data-driven strategic decision-making.
- Scale intelligence systems across multiple business units.
Governance, Ethics & Compliance
- Ensure responsible use of AI and data.
- Maintain transparency and auditability of algorithms.
- Align data practices with regulatory requirements.
- Protect data privacy and security.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, AI, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in data platforms or AI systems.
- Strong expertise in machine learning and big data technologies.
- Experience in fintech or financial services.
- Proven executive leadership capabilities.
