Chief Architect – Institutional Financial Simulation, Stress-Testing & Scenario Intelligence Platforms (Dubai, UAE)
Strategic Context
This role focuses on building simulation-driven financial intelligence platforms that allow fintech systems to anticipate future states before they occur. The Chief Architect will design infrastructure that enables stress-testing, scenario modeling, and forward-looking system behavior analysis across payments, liquidity, credit, and operations.
The mandate embeds predictive foresight directly into financial infrastructure, transforming planning into a continuous system capability.
Core Responsibilities

Architect financial simulation engines capable of modeling transaction flows, liquidity shifts, and systemic stress

Design scenario-driven intelligence layers integrated into operational and strategic decision systems

Establish simulation governance frameworks, ensuring accuracy, explainability, and institutional trust

Integrate predictive modeling directly into core fintech platforms and control systems

Define long-term foresight infrastructure strategy, enabling adaptive system evolution

Advise on risk anticipation, capital resilience, and systemic preparedness
Required Expertise

12+ years in financial modeling, risk systems, or complex simulation platforms

Deep understanding of system dynamics, financial dependencies, and stress behavior

Experience with large-scale modeling, analytics, and predictive infrastructure

Strong command of institutional governance and transparency standards

Engagement & Compensation

Monthly compensation: AED 90,000 – 135,000
