About the Role
An internationally recognized fintech banking institution is seeking an exceptional Business Analyst – Enterprise Banking Innovation & Performance to drive enterprise-wide business analysis initiatives supporting digital transformation, product innovation, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making across a rapidly growing financial technology ecosystem.
This is a highly analytical and business-focused role requiring a professional capable of translating complex business requirements into practical solutions that enhance customer experiences, optimize operational efficiency, improve financial performance, and accelerate digital banking innovation. The successful candidate will work across multiple business functions, ensuring that technology investments and operational initiatives align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable value.
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, Operations Managers, Finance Teams, Risk Professionals, Compliance Specialists, Customer Experience Leaders, and Executive Management to support the successful delivery of enterprise transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for enterprise fintech initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Develop functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and business models.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and financial impact assessments for strategic initiatives.
- Support Agile product development through backlog refinement and user story creation.
- Monitor business performance using KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reporting.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to generate actionable business insights.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define project objectives and business priorities.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to support innovation initiatives.
- Assist with product launches, operational readiness, and change management activities.
- Prepare executive presentations and strategic reports for senior leadership.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the organization’s business analysis capability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Financial Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or Management is an advantage.
- Minimum 6–9 years of experience in business analysis within fintech, banking, financial services, or technology organizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, digital banking products, and business process improvement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
