This strategic technical leadership role focuses on scalability, cybersecurity, interoperability, distributed ledger technologies, and cloud-native financial systems.

The successful professional will influence the architecture of mission-critical fintech platforms while collaborating with global engineering teams to deliver resilient digital financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise blockchain architecture.
• Lead distributed ledger implementation projects.
• Develop scalable blockchain infrastructure.
• Optimize network performance and resilience.
• Establish blockchain security standards.
• Integrate blockchain platforms with banking APIs.
• Design smart contract deployment frameworks.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and DevSecOps teams.
• Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies.
• Produce enterprise architecture documentation.
• Support infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Guide engineering teams through architectural best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of enterprise software engineering experience.
• At least 4 years working with blockchain technologies.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems architecture.
• Experience with cloud-native fintech infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and technical leadership capabilities.
