Position Overview

A forward-thinking financial technology institution is recruiting an accomplished Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise artificial intelligence platforms supporting intelligent banking operations, predictive customer engagement, automated financial decision-making, and real-time business intelligence.

The successful candidate will establish enterprise analytical architectures capable of integrating structured and unstructured financial data into scalable intelligence platforms supporting lending, payments, treasury, customer relationship management, fraud prevention, and executive decision support.

Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering, data science, cybersecurity, compliance, and product development teams, this executive will establish a technology ecosystem where AI continuously improves customer experiences, operational performance, commercial growth, and enterprise resilience.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI architecture supporting digital banking transformation.

• Build financial intelligence platforms utilizing machine learning and predictive analytics.

• Architect enterprise MLOps environments supporting continuous model deployment.

• Develop scalable cloud-native analytical platforms.

• Create enterprise data governance and metadata management frameworks.

• Establish architecture standards for generative AI, natural language processing, and intelligent automation.

• Design executive intelligence dashboards powered by real-time financial analytics.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities across banking platforms.

• Guide enterprise technology investment decisions involving emerging analytical technologies.

• Mentor senior engineering and data science leadership teams.

Candidate Profile
