Role Overview
This position is designed for a technically proficient professional with a strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and digital assets. The Blockchain & Digital Asset Analyst will be responsible for monitoring crypto-related transactions, analyzing blockchain data, and supporting strategic decision-making within a fintech-driven digital asset environment.
Core Role Functions
Blockchain Analysis
- Track and analyze blockchain transactions across multiple networks
- Monitor wallet activities and identify unusual or high-risk patterns
- Interpret on-chain data to generate actionable insights
Digital Asset Research
- Conduct in-depth research on cryptocurrencies, tokens, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols
- Evaluate market trends and provide analytical reports
- Support strategic decisions related to digital asset adoption
Risk & Compliance Alignment
- Identify potential financial crime risks associated with digital asset transactions
- Work with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory expectations
- Support transaction monitoring and reporting frameworks
Data & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports for internal stakeholders
- Present findings in a clear and structured manner
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Blockchain Technology, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in fintech, crypto analysis, or financial data analysis
- Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, and digital wallets
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and DeFi ecosystems
