A globally respected fintech banking institution is searching for an analytical and forward-thinking Banking Analyst to provide strategic insights that drive executive decision-making across digital banking, payments, lending, customer engagement, and operational performance.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with financial data, business intelligence, and emerging technologies to uncover opportunities for innovation and growth. Your analyses will influence strategic investments, optimize operational efficiency, and support the development of customer-centric financial products.
Working alongside Finance, Strategy, Product Management, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Executive Leadership teams, you will contribute to shaping the organization’s long-term banking strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze banking performance data and identify business trends.
- Develop executive dashboards and performance reports.
- Support strategic planning through financial and operational analysis.
- Evaluate digital banking product performance and customer behavior.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and business case development.
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on transformation initiatives.
- Present analytical findings to senior management.
- Support regulatory reporting and governance activities.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide business intelligence programmes.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in banking analytics, financial analysis, fintech, or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
