- Optimize application performance through intelligent caching, database tuning, and scalable infrastructure.
- Establish engineering governance, coding standards, and architectural best practices.
- Mentor senior engineers while fostering innovation and technical excellence.
- Lead disaster recovery planning, business continuity engineering, and platform resilience initiatives.
