Executive Position Overview

An elite financial technology transformation programme is seeking an internationally recognized Chief Product Officer (CPO) – AI-Powered Digital Banking Products, Financial Innovation & Enterprise Product Strategy to define and execute the long-term vision for an integrated portfolio of digital banking products, intelligent payment solutions, embedded finance capabilities, AI-powered financial services, wealth technology platforms, and next-generation customer engagement ecosystems.

This executive appointment offers an extraordinary opportunity to shape a product organization responsible for delivering innovative financial solutions across retail, commercial, SME, institutional, and digital-first banking environments. The Chief Product Officer will serve as the executive sponsor for enterprise product governance, collaborating closely with technology, engineering, cybersecurity, legal, compliance, customer experience, analytics, operations, and commercial leadership to establish an internationally competitive fintech product ecosystem.

• Oversee digital banking product development.

• Direct mobile and online banking innovation.

• Expand embedded finance capabilities.

• Develop intelligent payment products.

• Accelerate Open Banking integration.

• Launch AI-enhanced financial services.

Artificial Intelligence & Customer Experience

• Build AI-driven financial advisory capabilities.

• Implement predictive customer personalization.

• Improve customer lifecycle management.

• Lead behavioral analytics initiatives.

• Strengthen digital engagement platforms.

• Deliver frictionless omnichannel experiences.

Executive Product Governance

• Chair Enterprise Product Steering Committee.

• Oversee portfolio investment decisions.

• Present product performance to the Board.

• Mentor executive product leaders.

• Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation.

• Build strategic partnerships with fintech ecosystems.

Executive Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Business Administration, Financial Technology, Computer Science, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 20 years of progressive leadership experience within banking, fintech, digital platforms, or enterprise software.

• Proven success managing multi-billion-dollar product portfolios.

• Extensive expertise in AI, digital banking, enterprise payments, cloud technologies, and platform strategy.

• Outstanding executive communication, commercial leadership, and strategic planning capabilities.
