Advisory Mandate
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Embedded Finance & Commercial Innovation Advisor to identify opportunities for financial services to become seamlessly integrated into digital platforms, marketplaces, enterprise software, and consumer ecosystems.
The position combines commercial strategy, fintech product innovation, ecosystem development, and financial-services analysis.
Principal Responsibilities

Identify commercially attractive embedded-finance opportunities.

Analyse digital ecosystems where payments or financial services can be integrated.

Develop commercial strategies for embedded payment, wallet, lending, and financial-data propositions.

Evaluate market size, customer demand, competition, pricing, and revenue potential.

Identify strategic technology and financial-institution partners.
-
Develop partnership frameworks and commercial business cases.
-
Assess unit economics and projected returns for new propositions.
-
Work with product and technology teams to translate commercial opportunities into viable solutions.
-
Develop market-entry and ecosystem-expansion strategies.
-
Monitor developments in Banking-as-a-Service, embedded payments, financial APIs, and digital commerce.

Advise senior stakeholders on product positioning and partnership priorities.

Establish performance frameworks for partnerships and embedded-finance programmes.
Candidate Profile
-
7–11 years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, consulting, strategy, business development, or digital commerce.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or related discipline.

Demonstrated understanding of fintech business models and financial-product economics.

Strong commercial modelling and market-analysis skills.

Proven ability to evaluate and structure strategic partnerships.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
-
MBA, CFA, MSc, or equivalent qualification is advantageous.

Indicative Compensation
QAR 32,000–48,000 monthly + benefits and performance incentives, depending on experience and commercial scope.
