An ambitious digital finance transformation programme is seeking an accomplished Chief Product Officer (CPO) – Intelligent Wealth Technology, Customer Experience & Digital Finance Ecosystems to lead enterprise-wide product innovation across digital wealth platforms, intelligent investment technologies, AI-powered customer engagement, financial wellness solutions, embedded finance ecosystems, and next-generation banking experiences.

This executive role is designed for an internationally experienced product leader capable of converting customer insight, emerging technologies, market intelligence, and commercial opportunities into scalable financial products that deliver sustainable competitive advantage.

The successful executive will establish a high-performing product organization responsible for innovation governance, customer-centric design, commercial strategy, portfolio optimization, and enterprise collaboration while ensuring that every product aligns with long-term business growth objectives.

Technology Leadership

• Guide cloud-native product architecture.

• Expand API-driven ecosystems.

• Accelerate intelligent automation initiatives.

• Support enterprise analytics platforms.

• Lead digital experimentation programmes.

Executive Governance

• Chair enterprise product governance boards.

• Present product strategy to executive leadership.

• Develop executive innovation frameworks.

• Build multidisciplinary product organizations.

• Mentor future product executives.

• Promote a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Executive Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Financial Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, or related discipline.

• Minimum 20 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, digital products, or enterprise technology.

• Proven expertise leading customer-focused digital product organizations.

• Strong understanding of AI, digital banking, wealth technology, cloud computing, and financial innovation.

• Exceptional commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and executive leadership skills.
