LEAD THE NEXT GENERATION OF DIGITAL CREDIT
An exceptional leadership opportunity is available for a Vice President of Product to define and scale a portfolio of digital lending and embedded-finance products across a rapidly evolving fintech environment.
This role is designed for a commercially astute product executive who can combine customer insight, financial economics, technology and risk intelligence to build credit products that are scalable, competitive and highly responsive to market demand.
You will own the product vision from strategy and discovery through development, launch, optimization and regional expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for digital lending and embedded-finance solutions.
- Lead product discovery, validation and commercialization.
- Develop customer-centric credit products for consumers and businesses.
- Collaborate with risk teams to establish intelligent credit-decisioning strategies.
- Work with engineering and data teams to develop automated lending capabilities.
- Establish product KPIs covering acquisition, approval, utilization, repayment and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for API-based embedded-finance products.
- Develop partnerships with financial institutions, technology platforms and strategic distributors.
- Analyze customer behaviour and competitive developments.
- Lead product pricing, positioning and market-entry strategies.
- Establish product governance and lifecycle-management frameworks.
- Build and mentor senior product-management teams.
- Present product strategy, investment cases and performance results to executive leadership.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of product-management experience, including significant fintech, banking or lending exposure.
- Proven experience launching and scaling financial products.
- Strong understanding of digital credit, APIs and embedded finance.
- Demonstrated experience leading senior product teams.
- Excellent commercial, analytical and strategic capabilities.

COMPENSATION
Indicative Salary: SAR 80,000–120,000 per month + executive bonus and comprehensive benefits.
