About the Role

An internationally expanding fintech organization is seeking a dynamic Managing Director – Embedded Finance & Banking Partnerships to spearhead the growth of next-generation embedded financial solutions.
You will shape strategic alliances with banks, payment providers, digital platforms, and enterprise clients while leading the expansion of API-driven financial services across the Gulf region and international markets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise embedded finance strategies.
- Lead Banking-as-a-Service initiatives.
- Build Open Banking partnerships.
- Expand API-driven financial products.
- Negotiate strategic commercial alliances.
- Drive revenue growth through digital partnerships.
- Oversee product commercialization.
- Ensure regulatory and operational excellence.
- Lead cross-functional international teams.
- Monitor market trends and emerging financial technologies.
Candidate Profile
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 12–18 years of experience in fintech, banking, digital commerce, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen and executive leadership experience.
- Knowledge of API ecosystems, digital banking, financial infrastructure, and product strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
