Transformation Mandate
We are seeking an accomplished Transformation Lead to direct complex modernization programs across core banking technology, financial infrastructure, digital platforms, and technology-enabled operating models.
The role requires a professional who can operate across strategy, technology, operations, product, finance, and organizational change. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting legacy technology environments into scalable, resilient, API-enabled financial platforms capable of supporting future digital products.
Principal Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive core-banking modernization roadmaps.

Lead transformation programs involving legacy-platform replacement and modernization.

Assess existing technology architecture and identify critical transformation priorities.

Coordinate migration strategies while maintaining business continuity.

Establish transformation milestones, governance structures, budgets, and performance indicators.

Work with architecture teams to develop target-state financial technology environments.

Coordinate product, engineering, operations, risk, finance, and vendor teams.

Identify opportunities for automation and process digitization.

Develop strategies for API enablement and integration with modern fintech platforms.

Monitor program risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery quality.

Lead executive steering meetings and provide progress reporting.

Evaluate technology vendors and implementation partners.

Develop business cases for major modernization investments.

Establish change-management strategies for large-scale technology initiatives.

Ensure transformation programs deliver measurable operational and commercial benefits.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.

10+ years of experience in financial technology, banking transformation, consulting, enterprise technology, or digital transformation.

Demonstrated experience leading complex transformation programs.

Strong understanding of banking platforms and financial infrastructure.

Experience with APIs, cloud migration, data modernization, and legacy-system transformation.

Strong program governance and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Excellent executive communication and strategic planning skills.
