A rapidly growing fintech banking organization is seeking a highly analytical Trade Finance Specialist to support businesses engaged in regional and international trade by delivering innovative financing solutions and digital transaction services.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of traditional trade finance and modern financial technology. You will help corporate clients navigate complex cross-border transactions using advanced digital banking platforms, automated trade processing, and intelligent financial workflows.
You will collaborate closely with Corporate Banking Teams, Treasury Operations, Compliance Specialists, Risk Managers, Payment Operations, Product Development, and Technology Teams to provide seamless financial solutions for importers, exporters, and multinational enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and administer trade finance transactions.
- Support documentary collections, guarantees, and supply chain finance solutions.
- Coordinate digital trade documentation and workflow management.
- Conduct transaction reviews and operational risk assessments.
- Work with relationship teams to structure tailored trade finance solutions.
- Monitor trade transaction performance and reporting.
- Support implementation of technology-driven trade finance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and international banking practices.
- Prepare operational reports and performance analytics.
- Assist with customer onboarding and advisory services.
- Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, International Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in trade finance, banking operations, fintech, or international financial services.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
