To support these strategic initiatives, the organization is seeking an experienced Technology Consultant to advise executive stakeholders on enterprise technology strategy, cloud modernization, digital architecture, and innovation programmes that will shape the future of financial services.
Rather than focusing solely on implementation, this role emphasizes strategic consulting, helping business leaders evaluate emerging technologies, optimize technology investments, and deliver secure, scalable, and commercially successful digital banking platforms.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Advise leadership on enterprise technology strategy and innovation.
- Conduct cloud readiness and digital maturity assessments.
- Develop enterprise technology roadmaps supporting long-term growth.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Facilitate architecture and innovation workshops.
- Support cloud transformation and modernization programmes.
- Prepare executive technology investment proposals.
- Assess technology risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with software engineering and infrastructure teams.
- Develop governance standards for enterprise technology initiatives.
- Monitor technology programme performance and strategic outcomes.
- Provide executive-level advisory during major transformation initiatives.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree in Technology Management, Information Systems, or Business Administration is highly desirable.
- Minimum 9–11 years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, cloud engineering, fintech, banking, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, enterprise systems, and financial technology innovation.
