Strategic Mandate

This role exists to define the structural, transactional, and architectural foundations of digital asset platforms. The Supreme Officer will govern how digital assets are issued, transferred, safeguarded, and settled across secure, scalable fintech infrastructures.

The mandate is deeply architectural and systemic, focusing on custody logic, transaction lifecycle control, platform resilience, and asset-level integrity, rather than speculative or market-driven functions.

Scope of Authority & Responsibilities

  • Architect and govern digital asset platform infrastructures, including custody frameworks, transaction execution layers, and settlement controls.

  • Define standards for asset lifecycle management, transaction finality, and custody segregation.

  • Oversee interoperability between digital asset platforms and broader fintech ecosystems.

  • Establish executive governance for platform security, transaction integrity, and operational continuity.

  • Lead multi-year roadmaps for digital asset infrastructure scalability and durability.

  • Serve as final authority on digital asset platform risk exposure and architectural coherence.

Executive Profile

  • 17–24+ years in fintech platforms, digital asset infrastructure, or financial systems architecture.

  • Proven experience designing or governing secure, high-integrity transaction platforms.

  • Deep technical understanding of custody models, transaction processing, and platform resilience.

  • Ability to bridge abstract platform strategy with concrete system design.

  • Long-term, infrastructure-first perspective on digital financial systems.

Compensation Structure (Qatar)

  • Base Salary: QAR 60,000 – 85,000 per month

  • Annual Executive Incentive: 35% – 55% of base salary

  • Long-Term Incentive: Multi-year digital asset platform performance awards

  • Executive Benefits: Executive housing allowance, premium healthcare, family education support, annual international travel allowance
