Mandate of the Role
The Supreme Director will assume ultimate responsibility for the design, modernization, and long-term governance of digital banking core systems, including ledger architecture, transaction engines, real-time processing, and data intelligence layers. The mandate demands systemic thinking, architectural authority, and regulatory mastery, delivered within a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
Key Strategic Responsibilities

Architect next-generation digital core banking platforms supporting real-time processing, modular services, and continuous availability.

Design ledger and accounting architectures capable of high-volume, multi-currency, multi-product banking operations.

Establish architectural standards for resilience, fault isolation, data consistency, and disaster recovery at national scale.

Embed regulatory observability, auditability, and supervisory access directly into system design.

Govern distributed engineering and architecture teams, enforcing long-term coherence and technical excellence.
Professional & Technical Profile

16+ years in core banking systems, large-scale financial platforms, or banking infrastructure transformation.

Deep mastery of distributed ledgers, transaction processing engines, and banking data models.

Proven ability to translate regulatory frameworks into enforceable system architecture.

Executive-level authority and strategic judgment.
