The Strategist will identify these opportunities and develop the commercial frameworks required to turn them into scalable fintech businesses.

THE STRATEGIC PLAYBOOK
Embedded Finance
Identify opportunities to integrate financial capabilities directly into digital platforms and commercial ecosystems.
Payment Innovation
Develop strategies around wallets, digital payments, merchant solutions and real-time transaction models.
Platform Economics
Analyse revenue opportunities, customer acquisition economics and long-term platform value.
Market Expansion
Identify underserved segments and develop strategies for entering attractive markets.
AI & Financial Intelligence
Evaluate AI applications capable of creating differentiated customer and operational experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop fintech growth strategies.

Analyse market size and competitive dynamics.

Build commercial models for embedded-finance propositions.

Develop product and market-entry strategies.

Evaluate technology partnerships and distribution channels.

Conduct customer and behavioural research.

Build strategic business cases and financial forecasts.

Define growth KPIs and value-realisation frameworks.

Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

You will be responsible for ensuring that each component works together.
IDEAL PROFILE

7–12 years in fintech, banking, payments, consulting, corporate strategy or digital platforms.

Strong knowledge of embedded finance and payment ecosystems.

Excellent commercial and strategic-analysis capabilities.

Strong financial modelling experience.

Understanding of AI and digital-platform economics.

Demonstrated ability to develop growth strategies.

Exceptional presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
INDICATIVE PACKAGE
AED 48,000–75,000 monthly, depending on experience and strategic mandate, plus potential performance incentives and executive benefits.
