Position Purpose
We are looking for a commercially minded Digital Wealth & Investment Strategist to shape the development of technology-enabled investment propositions for increasingly sophisticated digital consumers and institutional participants.
The role sits at the intersection of wealth management, fintech product strategy, investment technology, customer analytics and digital commercialisation.
The successful candidate will identify market opportunities, analyse emerging business models, develop strategic propositions, and convert financial-market trends into practical digital products and growth initiatives.
Strategic Responsibilities

Develop long-term strategies for digital wealth and investment platforms.

Analyse market movements, customer behaviour, competitor positioning, and fintech trends.

Identify opportunities for automated investment, digital advisory, portfolio analytics, and wealth-management technology.

Translate investment and financial-services requirements into digital product propositions.

Develop business cases for new financial products and technology initiatives.

Conduct commercial and strategic assessments of emerging fintech models.

Work closely with product, investment, technology, risk, marketing, and business-development teams.

Define customer segmentation and digital engagement strategies.

Establish performance frameworks for acquisition, activation, retention, assets under management, revenue, and customer lifetime value.

Prepare executive-level market intelligence and investment-technology reports.

Monitor developments in AI, tokenisation, digital assets, portfolio technology, financial APIs, and automated investment services.

Support strategic partnerships and ecosystem-development initiatives.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Investment Management, Technology, or a related discipline.

7+ years of experience in fintech, wealth management, investment technology, digital banking, consulting, or financial-services strategy.

Strong understanding of investment products and digital financial platforms.

Excellent financial modelling, market analysis, strategic planning, and presentation capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to convert market intelligence into actionable commercial strategies.

CFA, MBA, MSc Finance, or equivalent qualification is advantageous.

Compensation
Indicative Package: QAR 38,000–55,000 monthly + benefits, depending on experience and responsibilities.
