Position Overview
A high-impact opportunity is available for a Strategist to shape the next generation of financial technology ecosystems across the UAE. The role focuses on translating emerging financial technologies, customer intelligence, payment innovation, and digital-platform capabilities into scalable commercial strategies.
The successful professional will operate at the intersection of financial services, technology, data, product innovation, and business transformation, developing strategic frameworks that enable fintech platforms to compete effectively within rapidly evolving regional markets.
Core Responsibilities

Develop long-range fintech growth and transformation strategies.

Evaluate emerging payment, banking, AI, blockchain, and financial-platform technologies.

Translate market intelligence into commercially viable strategic initiatives.

Identify new digital-finance opportunities and emerging customer segments.

Build strategic frameworks for payment modernization and platform expansion.

Assess fintech partnerships, technology ecosystems, and market-entry opportunities.

Work with product, technology, risk, finance, and commercial stakeholders.

Establish performance indicators for strategic initiatives and transformation programs.

Conduct competitive, technological, and market-structure analysis.

Prepare executive-level strategic recommendations and investment cases.
Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

7+ years of experience in fintech, banking technology, payments, consulting, digital transformation, or financial services.

Strong understanding of digital-payment architectures and fintech operating models.

Demonstrated ability to convert complex market information into actionable strategies.

Excellent analytical, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Experience working with senior executives and multidisciplinary teams.
