Position Overview
You will participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from architectural design through deployment and continuous optimization, while working with cloud-native technologies, AI-enabled financial services, and high-availability distributed systems.
Core Responsibilities
Software Architecture & Development
- Design and build enterprise fintech applications using modern architectural principles.
- Develop secure backend services supporting digital banking and financial transactions.
- Build scalable payment orchestration and merchant settlement platforms.
- Engineer reusable software components and API frameworks.
- Optimize high-volume transaction processing engines.
Financial Platform Innovation
- Develop embedded finance capabilities.
- Integrate digital identity verification solutions.
- Build AI-assisted fraud detection and transaction monitoring services.
- Develop financial reporting, reconciliation, and analytics modules.
- Improve platform resilience using distributed computing technologies.
Engineering Excellence
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical planning.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Data Engineering teams.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
- 7+ years of enterprise software development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, or C#.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Micronaut, .NET Core, or Quarkus.
- Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Terraform.
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis.
- Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Apache Pulsar.
- RESTful APIs, GraphQL, OAuth2, JWT, and secure API design.
- Strong understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC).
