An internationally focused fintech institution is seeking a meticulous Specialist – Regulatory Compliance & Governance to support enterprise compliance activities across digital banking platforms, payment ecosystems, financial technology operations, and innovative digital financial products.

Core Responsibilities
- Support enterprise compliance monitoring and governance initiatives.
- Review business processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct compliance testing, control assessments, and operational reviews.
- Prepare regulatory documentation, governance reports, and compliance dashboards.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Technology, Operations, Product, and Internal Audit teams.
- Assist with regulatory inspections and internal audit activities.
- Monitor legislative developments affecting fintech and financial services.
- Maintain compliance records and enterprise policy documentation.
- Support organization-wide compliance awareness and training programs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen governance and operational resilience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Experience in compliance, governance, internal controls, or regulatory affairs within fintech or financial services.
- Strong understanding of enterprise governance frameworks, compliance monitoring, operational risk, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical thinking, organizational skills, and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
