We are seeking a highly analytical Specialist to help transform payment data and transaction flows into sophisticated financial intelligence.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep payment-domain knowledge with analytical thinking and technological fluency.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

Analyze payment flows across digital financial ecosystems.

Develop frameworks for understanding transaction behavior and payment performance.

Identify opportunities to improve authorization, routing, settlement, and transaction efficiency.

Monitor transaction trends and investigate unusual behavioral patterns.

Develop analytical models supporting payment optimization.
-
Work with technology teams to improve payment-processing architecture.
-
Evaluate payment-provider performance and service quality.
-
Support development of intelligent transaction-monitoring capabilities.

Analyze payment-failure patterns and recommend corrective strategies.
-
Contribute to payment-product design and optimization.
-
Develop executive reports covering transaction volume, conversion, performance, and operational indicators.

Collaborate with product, engineering, data, risk, finance, and operations teams.

That progression—from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive intelligence—is central to the position.
IDEAL CANDIDATE

5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking technology, transaction analytics, or related fields.

Strong understanding of payment ecosystems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience working with transaction datasets and performance metrics.

Strong SQL/data-analysis capability is advantageous.

Understanding of payment operations and reconciliation processes.
-
Ability to work across technical and commercial teams.

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
