An innovative fintech organization is recruiting a highly motivated Specialist – Customer & Payments Data Analytics to provide strategic insights across digital banking, payment ecosystems, customer engagement, merchant services, and financial product performance.

The successful candidate will combine analytical expertise with commercial awareness to improve business performance, optimize payment operations, and strengthen customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze customer journeys and payment transaction performance.
• Develop advanced dashboards and operational performance reports.
• Evaluate customer segmentation and behavioral trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital product adoption using analytical insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Build forecasting models supporting business planning and capacity management.
• Support A/B testing and performance measurement for digital initiatives.
• Improve reporting automation through SQL and business intelligence tools.
• Monitor key business KPIs and recommend operational improvements.
• Present analytical findings to executive and operational stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or Information Systems.
• Experience in fintech, digital payments, banking, or customer analytics.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional environments.
