CONSULTING MISSION
The Solutions Consultant will bridge business requirements and technology execution, designing sophisticated fintech solutions for organizations modernizing their financial infrastructure.
The position requires an individual who can understand a business problem, deconstruct its operational and technical components, and construct a commercially viable, technically credible, and scalable solution architecture.
CONSULTING RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyse complex financial-technology requirements.

Translate business objectives into solution architectures.

Design digital-finance solutions covering APIs, applications, integrations, and data.

Conduct technical and commercial discovery sessions.

Develop solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.

Evaluate technology alternatives and recommend appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with engineering, product, security, data, and commercial teams.

Present technical concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders.

Identify implementation dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.

Support solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Contribute to strategic technology assessments and transformation programs.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.

6+ years of experience in fintech consulting, solution architecture, enterprise technology, banking systems, or digital transformation.

Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and financial applications.

Ability to communicate complex technology concepts in commercially understandable terms.

Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
