Position Overview

An expanding fintech institution is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performance financial technology solutions. This role is responsible for translating complex business requirements into enterprise-grade technology architectures that support digital banking, payment processing, API ecosystems, and cloud-native financial platforms.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, software engineers, cybersecurity specialists, infrastructure teams, and executive leadership to define technology roadmaps, modernize legacy platforms, and deliver innovative digital financial solutions that align with regulatory requirements and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-wide fintech solution architectures.

• Develop scalable cloud-native applications and microservices.

• Define API integration strategies for banking and payment platforms.

• Create technical solution blueprints and architecture documentation.

• Lead solution design workshops with business and technology teams.

• Ensure system scalability, resilience, and high availability.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement secure architectures.

• Guide software engineering teams throughout implementation.

• Support digital transformation initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards.

• Optimize application performance and infrastructure efficiency.

• Conduct architecture reviews and technical risk assessments.

• Mentor development teams on architecture best practices.

• Drive continuous technology innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.

• 6–10 years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, or fintech technology.

• Experience designing enterprise-scale financial platforms.

• Knowledge of cloud computing and distributed systems.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
