About the Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join a growing fintech environment focused on building secure, scalable, and reliable financial technology solutions.
You will be involved in developing applications and backend services that support digital payments, financial transactions, customer platforms, and internal business systems.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving challenging technical problems and wants to contribute to products used within a rapidly evolving financial ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs.
- Integrate third-party financial and payment services.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Troubleshoot application performance and production issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Develop automated tests and contribute to software-quality standards.
- Support continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Improve application security, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of professional software-development experience.
- Strong experience with Java, Python, C#, Node.js, or a similar programming language.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development practices.
- Understanding of cloud technologies is an advantage.
- Previous fintech, banking, payments, or e-commerce experience is desirable.
