Position Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for an innovative Software Developer to build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications that power the next generation of digital financial services. The successful candidate will collaborate with software architects, product managers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and quality assurance teams to develop cloud-native applications that support digital banking, payment platforms, and financial automation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications.
- Build scalable backend services and responsive user-facing applications.
- Develop secure RESTful APIs and system integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop automated unit and integration tests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain technical documentation and coding standards.
- Support CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Implement application security best practices.
- Perform peer code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Research emerging software development technologies.
- Contribute to continuous platform modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience in software development or enterprise application engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Java, C#, Python, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with React, Angular, ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
