An internationally connected fintech ecosystem in the Gulf region is actively searching for a Senior Vice President – AI Banking Operations & Intelligent Financial Automation to lead enterprise transformation across digital banking operations, intelligent customer engagement systems, automated financial workflows, and AI-powered operational ecosystems.
This role is intended for a fintech executive capable of combining advanced technological leadership with deep financial operational expertise to build intelligent banking environments capable of operating at scale within highly competitive international financial markets.
The successful candidate will lead strategic modernization initiatives focused on artificial intelligence deployment, enterprise financial automation, intelligent transaction processing, customer lifecycle optimization, operational analytics, and next-generation digital banking infrastructure.
Key Strategic Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI deployment initiatives across digital banking operations, customer intelligence systems, fraud detection environments, and financial workflow automation frameworks.
- Build intelligent banking ecosystems capable of automating onboarding, lending workflows, transaction approvals, customer personalization, and financial support operations.
- Oversee modernization of enterprise financial systems involving cloud-native infrastructure, API integrations, machine learning environments, and operational intelligence platforms.
- Develop predictive analytics ecosystems supporting customer behavior analysis, transaction forecasting, operational efficiency measurement, and digital growth optimization.
- Coordinate fintech engineering teams, infrastructure architects, cybersecurity specialists, digital product strategists, and enterprise operations leaders.
- Establish governance frameworks ensuring ethical AI deployment, operational resilience, financial compliance, and secure enterprise scalability.
- Drive strategic innovation involving conversational banking, intelligent virtual financial assistants, AI-driven compliance systems, and automated financial advisory capabilities.
- Build executive performance intelligence dashboards focused on operational productivity, customer engagement, automation success metrics, and enterprise scalability.
- Collaborate with multinational stakeholders to support long-term fintech growth strategies and enterprise digital transformation agendas.
- Monitor emerging financial technologies and identify commercially viable innovation opportunities within international banking ecosystems.
Candidate Qualifications
- Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Financial Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or Enterprise Technology Strategy.
- 10–14 years of experience within fintech operations, digital banking modernization, enterprise AI deployment, or financial transformation leadership.
- Deep understanding of machine learning applications within financial ecosystems.
- Advanced exposure to cloud financial infrastructure, operational automation platforms, and intelligent banking technologies.
- Strong leadership capabilities managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Excellent commercial strategy, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise governance expertise.
- Familiarity with international financial compliance standards and digital operational risk management.
