We are seeking an accomplished Director to lead strategic initiatives at the intersection of financial technology, digital finance, investment thinking, and long-term market development.

THE STRATEGIC MANDATE
You will:

Evaluate partnership and investment opportunities through structured due diligence.

Analyze market trends and anticipate changes in customer behavior, technology, and financial infrastructure.

Lead cross-functional teams responsible for strategic initiatives and transformation programs.

Develop market-entry strategies for new financial products and platforms.

EXECUTIVE PROFILE

10+ years in fintech, banking, investment strategy, consulting, financial technology, or corporate strategy.

Strong financial modeling and commercial-analysis capabilities.

Proven experience evaluating technology-driven business opportunities.

Deep understanding of digital financial ecosystems.

Strong knowledge of GCC and international fintech markets.

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
