Strategic Role Overview
The Senior UX/UI Design Director will oversee the creation of enterprise-grade digital financial experiences focused on usability, customer trust, behavioral engagement, accessibility, and intelligent interaction design.

- Design frictionless onboarding journeys and adaptive customer interaction flows

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Digital Media, or related discipline
- 8–15 years of experience in UX/UI design, digital product design, or fintech customer experience environments
- Strong expertise in mobile-first financial application design and enterprise design systems
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or modern design platforms
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and usability psychology within fintech ecosystems
