Role Purpose

The Remote Senior Strategist for Digital Payments Intelligence & Embedded Finance Enablement will guide the design of an Omani digital payments environment focused on real-time merchant insights, embedded payment flows, SME financing pathways, and dynamic risk governed settlement mechanisms. This role requires deep understanding of payment ecosystem transformation and merchant-side financial enablement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Intelligent Payments Ecosystem Design
  
  Architect a real-time payments intelligence layer capable of analyzing transaction velocity, merchant health signals, operational trends, and dynamic settlement risks.

• Merchant-Side Embedded Finance
  
  Build embedded finance pathways enabling instant credit access, buy-now-pay-later orchestration, merchant liquidity modulation, and automated repayment engines.

• SME Transactional Insights & Enablement
  
  Develop analytics modules offering granular insights into SME patterns, revenue fluctuations, credit health scores, liquidity gaps, and operational performance projections.

• Dynamic Risk & Settlement Governance
  
  Create next-generation risk gates, adaptive settlement rules, safe-transaction protocols, and intelligent transaction scoring aligned with Omani payments oversight.

• Payments Data Orchestration
  
  Implement multi-source intelligence pipelines integrating POS data, online payment telemetry, cash flow signals, and merchant behavioral analytics.

Technical Expertise

• Strong grounding in payment processing architecture, embedded finance systems, SME-oriented fintech infrastructure, predictive analytics, and transaction-level AI models.

• Expertise in cloud-native financial systems, real-time data pipelines, and merchant ecosystem optimization.

Ideal Candidate

• Strategist with deep knowledge of payments intelligence, merchant ecosystems, and embedded finance innovation.
