Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Strategic Fintech Advisor to guide the development, scaling, and strategic positioning of AI-driven digital asset management and wealth platforms. This UAE-based remote role demands a visionary professional capable of navigating fintech innovation, regulatory landscapes, and global market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute product strategy for AI-driven digital wealth and asset platforms, incorporating blockchain and predictive financial analytics.

Conduct deep market and regulatory analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive strategies, and investment opportunities.

Translate advanced technology into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring high performance, compliance, and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary remote teams (blockchain engineers, AI specialists, compliance officers, product managers) to deliver integrated fintech solutions.

Develop governance frameworks for digital asset transactions, ensuring alignment with UAE regulations, DIFC guidelines, and international compliance standards.

Mentor senior product managers and analysts, fostering innovation, thought leadership, and industry-leading expertise.

Contribute to industry thought leadership through white papers, panels, and strategic advisory roles.
Required Expertise & Qualifications:

MBA, MSc, or equivalent in Finance, Technology Management, or related field.

10+ years of experience in product strategy for fintech platforms, digital assets, or investment solutions.

Expertise in blockchain ecosystems, smart contracts, decentralized finance, and AI/ML-driven analytics.

Strong knowledge of UAE and international financial regulations.

Demonstrated leadership in managing remote teams and delivering high-impact fintech initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: AED 60,000 – 85,000 per month
