Working alongside Enterprise Architects, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Artificial Intelligence Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists, Quality Engineering teams, Risk professionals, Compliance officers, and Executive Technology Leadership, you will contribute to one of the region’s most advanced fintech technology environments.
Position Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale digital banking applications.
- Build secure microservices supporting payments, lending, digital onboarding, customer management, and financial analytics.
- Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven services for banking integrations.
- Collaborate with Product and UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive digital customer experiences.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and identity management features.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and operational resilience.
- Participate in architecture reviews and software design sessions.
- Integrate AI-powered capabilities supporting customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Develop automated testing frameworks ensuring software quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
- Produce technical documentation and contribute to engineering standards.
- Mentor junior developers while promoting engineering excellence and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Minimum 7–10 years of professional software development experience within fintech, banking, enterprise technology, or digital financial services.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native application development, and secure software engineering principles.
- Experience working in Agile and DevSecOps environments.
