Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Fintech Solutions Strategist to lead the design and implementation of advanced financial solutions in Qatar. This role requires expertise in AI-driven analytics, digital payments, embedded finance, and open banking platforms, with a focus on scalable, secure, and compliant implementations.
Core Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fintech product architectures tailored to Qatar’s financial ecosystem.

Lead remote teams in deploying AI-driven analytics, digital payment infrastructures, and wealth management platforms.

Conduct predictive modeling, scenario analysis, and risk simulations to optimize operations.

Collaborate with banks, fintech partners, and regulators to ensure interoperability and compliance.

Evaluate emerging technologies such as blockchain, DeFi, and AI-driven risk analytics for strategic adoption.

Provide executive insights and guidance on investment strategies, product roadmaps, and cross-border initiatives.
Required Experience:

Advanced degree in Finance, Technology, or Computer Science.

10+ years in fintech product strategy, solution architecture, or digital banking leadership.

Expertise in AI analytics, blockchain integration, and digital payment systems.

Strong understanding of Qatar fintech regulations and compliance frameworks.
