We are seeking a Senior Digital Payments Strategist to architect, optimize, and oversee advanced payment systems, digital wallets, and AI-enabled financial intelligence platforms. The role emphasizes real-time transaction monitoring, fraud detection, cross-border payments, and strategic fintech innovation.
Core Responsibilities:

Design and implement AI/ML-driven transaction monitoring, predictive fraud detection, and credit risk analytics.

Integrate digital wallets, payment rails, and cross-border remittance technologies for seamless financial operations.

Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging fintech technologies to inform strategy.

Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to enforce secure, compliant, and resilient infrastructure.

Mentor technical and strategic teams, establishing frameworks for fintech innovation and financial intelligence solutions.

Prepare executive reports, whitepapers, and regulatory briefings for senior stakeholders.
Required Expertise:

8–12 years in fintech strategy, payments, or financial intelligence systems.

Proficiency in AI/ML for fraud detection, predictive analytics, and risk modeling.

Knowledge of Saudi Central Bank regulations, AML/CFT compliance, and open banking protocols.

Experience with cloud-native architectures, API integration, and secure fintech platforms.
