Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Digital Finance Strategist to lead the design and deployment of innovative fintech solutions in the UAE. The role requires expertise in AI-driven analytics, digital payments, embedded finance, and open banking platforms, with strategic oversight of remote multi-disciplinary teams.
Core Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable fintech platforms aligned with UAE market requirements and regulatory frameworks.

Lead remote teams in AI-powered analytics, blockchain solutions, and secure digital payment systems.

Conduct predictive modeling, scenario planning, and risk simulations to optimize operations.

Collaborate with banks, neobanks, fintech partners, and regulators to ensure compliance and interoperability.

Integrate emerging technologies such as AI-driven risk assessment, decentralized finance, and tokenization into strategic roadmaps.

Required Experience:

10+ years of experience in fintech product strategy, digital banking, or solution architecture.
