Strategic Mandate

The Digital Asset Platforms & Financial Tokenisation Strategy Architect is responsible for designing the strategic architecture underpinning tokenised financial ecosystems, including digital assets, programmable financial instruments, and next-generation custody frameworks.

This role is positioned at the intersection of financial innovation, infrastructure design, and regulatory strategy, focusing on how tokenisation reshapes capital markets, liquidity models, and financial product distribution—without engaging in trading, promotion, or operational execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect strategic frameworks for tokenised financial instruments and digital asset platforms

• Define governance models for issuance, custody, settlement, and lifecycle management

• Evaluate distributed ledger and smart contract architectures for financial scalability and resilience

• Assess regulatory, operational, and systemic implications of financial tokenisation

• Produce executive-level strategy papers, platform blueprints, and future-state models

• Advise international stakeholders on institutional-grade digital asset market structures

• Guide long-term ecosystem alignment between traditional finance and digital asset infrastructures

Required Expertise

• Advanced knowledge of digital asset architecture, tokenisation models, and financial market design

• Strong understanding of custody frameworks, settlement logic, and asset lifecycle governance

• Ability to operate at a conceptual and strategic level across technology and finance

• Executive-level advisory and documentation skills
