Role Overview

This role is intended for a senior fintech data architect responsible for the design, governance, and evolution of advanced financial data platforms. The position focuses on transforming high-volume transactional and behavioural data into predictive intelligence that supports decision-making across digital finance systems.

The successful candidate will operate at the convergence of data engineering, analytics, and financial system design, enabling real-time insights and forward-looking financial intelligence.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect scalable financial data platforms supporting real-time and batch processing

• Design predictive intelligence models for transaction trends, liquidity behaviour, and financial forecasting

• Establish data governance frameworks covering quality, lineage, security, and observability

• Embed analytics and intelligence capabilities directly into fintech systems and workflows

• Lead the evolution of AI-enabled financial insight pipelines

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance within distributed teams

Required Expertise

• 10–16 years of experience in fintech data engineering, analytics, or financial intelligence systems

• Advanced expertise in cloud data architectures, distributed processing, and real-time analytics frameworks

• Strong command of predictive modelling, statistical analysis, and financial data structures

• Proven experience working with large-scale transactional and behavioural financial datasets

• Strong written communication and documentation skills suited to remote, global collaboration

Compensation Structure

• Annual Compensation: AED 500,000 – 720,000 (tax-free)
