Role Definition
The Senior Quantitative Fintech Engineer will operate at the convergence of quantitative finance, algorithmic modeling, and digital asset ecosystems, developing sophisticated models to evaluate risk, optimize portfolios, and enhance financial decision-making.
This role is highly technical, requiring deep expertise in mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and financial engineering, with applications across digital assets, derivatives, and algorithmic trading environments.
Core Responsibilities
Quantitative Modeling & Financial Engineering

Develop stochastic models for pricing digital assets and derivatives.

Build quantitative frameworks for volatility modeling and liquidity analysis.
Algorithmic Trading & Market Systems

Design algorithmic trading strategies leveraging real-time market data.

Optimize execution algorithms for efficiency, latency reduction, and cost minimization.

Digital Asset Risk Analytics

Evaluate risks associated with cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, and DeFi protocols.

Data Science & Computational Infrastructure

Candidate Profile

10–15 years in quantitative finance, financial engineering, or fintech development.

Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering, or related field.

Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.

Deep knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, and digital asset ecosystems.
