This organization is building highly adaptive digital wallet ecosystems capable of supporting real-time peer-to-peer payments, intelligent merchant integrations, AI-powered spending analytics, embedded loyalty systems, predictive financial insights, subscription payment orchestration, and seamless mobile commerce interactions across regional and international markets.
The role is designed for visionary fintech product leaders capable of integrating customer experience innovation, payment infrastructure modernization, behavioral engagement systems, and cloud-native transaction architecture into scalable next-generation consumer finance ecosystems.
Strategic Role Summary
The Senior Product Innovation Manager will oversee enterprise-wide digital wallet product strategy, payment ecosystem optimization, customer financial engagement innovation, and transaction experience modernization initiatives.
The successful candidate will operate at the convergence of fintech product innovation, mobile payment infrastructure, customer intelligence systems, and enterprise financial transformation.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead digital wallet modernization and payment product innovation initiatives
- Design scalable mobile payment ecosystems supporting consumers and merchants
- Build intelligent customer engagement systems using AI-powered financial insights
- Develop seamless payment experiences improving transaction speed and user retention
- Oversee cloud-native payment infrastructure integration and optimization
- Implement embedded loyalty and subscription ecosystems across consumer finance platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and UX teams to optimize payment experiences
- Coordinate predictive analytics initiatives supporting customer engagement and transaction forecasting
- Improve onboarding journeys and customer interaction frameworks across wallet ecosystems
- Analyze consumer financial behavior to support future product innovation strategies
- Evaluate emerging payment technologies shaping future digital wallet ecosystems
- Mentor multidisciplinary teams across product innovation, analytics, operations, and fintech strategy divisions
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Technology, Product Management, Digital Commerce, or related discipline
- 8–15 years of experience in fintech product management, payment ecosystems, or mobile finance environments
- Strong expertise in digital wallets, mobile payment systems, and customer engagement platforms
- Deep understanding of cloud-native financial infrastructure and AI-powered analytics systems
- Experience leading enterprise-scale fintech product modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with behavioral engagement systems and transaction orchestration ecosystems
- Exceptional leadership and product innovation strategy capabilities
- GCC digital payment ecosystem exposure highly advantageous
