Role Overview

A rapidly scaling digital finance ecosystem is seeking a Senior P2P Fintech Product & Growth Lead to drive the evolution of next-generation peer-to-peer payment products across mobile-first financial platforms.

This role focuses on shaping the user experience, adoption strategy, and monetization pathways of P2P ecosystems that enable instant money transfers, contact-based payments, QR-based merchant interactions, and cross-border remittance flows.

The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of product strategy, behavioral economics, and financial technology innovation, with responsibility for expanding wallet penetration and increasing transaction velocity across diverse consumer segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for P2P payment ecosystems.
• Design frictionless peer-to-peer transfer experiences across mobile and web platforms.
• Build growth models to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention in wallet systems.
• Develop multi-currency P2P transfer capabilities for expatriate and cross-border users.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement real-time payment APIs and SDKs.
• Optimize transaction funnels to reduce drop-off in payment flows.
• Lead A/B testing frameworks for payment UX optimization.
• Partner with compliance teams to embed KYC/AML processes into onboarding journeys.
• Drive integration of social payment features (contacts, split bills, group wallets).
• Analyze transaction data to refine pricing, incentives, and network effects.

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years in fintech product management or digital payments.
• Strong background in P2P or wallet-based ecosystems.
• Experience with:
  • Mobile payment platforms
  • API-driven financial products
  • Growth analytics and funnel optimization
  • Payment UX design principles
• Familiarity with:
  • Real-time payments infrastructure
  • Cross-border remittance systems
  • Digital identity and onboarding flows
  • Fraud-prevention basics in consumer payments
