A forward-looking fintech organization is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Regulatory Technology (RegTech) & Financial Compliance to oversee technology-enabled compliance frameworks supporting digital financial services across the Gulf region.
The successful candidate will drive automation initiatives that strengthen regulatory reporting, transaction monitoring, operational governance, and enterprise risk management while ensuring alignment with evolving financial regulations.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise RegTech implementation programmes.
- Develop automated compliance monitoring solutions.
- Oversee financial crime prevention initiatives.
- Strengthen AML, KYC, and transaction monitoring frameworks.
- Coordinate regulatory reporting and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate compliance technologies.
- Conduct enterprise risk assessments.
- Advise executive leadership on regulatory developments.
- Develop internal compliance policies and governance standards.
- Deliver training programmes on regulatory best practices.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Master’s Degree or professional certifications are advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial compliance, RegTech, or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, financial crime prevention, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
