The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing merchant-centric financial solutions, optimizing digital payment experiences, and accelerating revenue growth through strategic partnerships and product innovation.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded fintech professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, payments, and customer success.

- Develop merchant payment growth strategies.
- Expand embedded payment capabilities.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in fintech, payments, or merchant acquiring.
- Demonstrated success in commercial product management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
